Applicants should possess a good bachelors degree or higher with at least 2 to3 years of work experience preferably in a tertiary institution or the education sector. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (fluency in Putonghua would be a definite advantage); good organizational and interpersonal skills; a strong sense of responsibility; computer literacy; and the ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadline. They should also be good team players who are passionate in relationship-building attentive to details and able to multi-task. Priority will be given to those with prior experience interacting with institutions and entrepreneurs in both China and overseas. Applicants with higher qualifications and/or more experience may be considered for the position of Senior Executive Assistant. Fresh graduates with good academic background will also be considered.
The appointee will provide administrative and clerical support to the Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) Programme in the Faculty. He/She will be involved in building connections with students and alumni supporting alumni development affairs and collaborating on the establishment of alumni organizations organizing and supporting student/ alumni activities and events preparing administrative and financial documents drafts and publicity materials for various projects and perform any other duties as assigned. The appointee will work at the Facultys Cyberport campus. He/She may be required to work outside normal office hours and during weekends as well as travel outside Hong Kong occasionally.
