In this pivotal roleyoulltake ownership of rent and service charge planning ensuring accuracy compliance and clear communication to a dedicated team champion robust financial controls and partner with operational leaders to embed best practices and drive efficiency.
Salary: 55000 per year
Contract:Permanent full time
Your week: 36.25 hours (Monday to Friday 9am 5:15pm)
Location: Hybrid with a weekly presence in either ourPeterboroughBostonor Milton Keynes office

Deliver annual rent and service charge plans aligned with regulatory standards.
Oversee transparent customer communications and high-quality service charge budgets.
Lead and develop a high-performing team fostering collaboration and innovation.
Provide strategic insight andaccurateforecasts to support organisational goals.
Drive continuous improvement exploring opportunities for automation and AI integration.
Your toolkit for success
AAT qualification and strong financial acumen.
Experience in rent planning service charge processes and team leadership.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Knowledge of rent standards and service charge legislation.
A proactive innovative mindset with a commitment to excellence.
