This is a remote position.
We are seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager to manage and develop customer relationships across the South of the UK.
This is a highly autonomous field-based role involving extensive UK travel with a strong emphasis on customer retention service quality and operational support. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering teams and act as a key point of contact for customers ensuring service levels and contractual commitments are consistently met.
This is a service-led role not a sales position.
Account & Customer Management
Manage a portfolio of customer accounts across the South UK region
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships focused on retention and satisfaction
Act as the primary point of contact for operational and service-related matters
Handle customer issues professionally using strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
Operational & Technical Support
Support Engineers with machine installations removals and site activity
Attend customer sites as required to ensure smooth operational delivery
Participate in a 1-in-4 weekend watching brief rota escalating issues when necessary
Reporting & Analysis
Analyse operational and account performance data
Produce clear accurate reports for internal stakeholders and customers
Identify trends and opportunities for service improvement
Minimum 4 years experience within the Arcade / FEC / Amusements industry
Proven account management experience
Strong data analysis and report writing skills
Excellent negotiation communication and conflict-resolution abilities
Physically fit and comfortable supporting on-site operational activity
Full UK driving licence

IOSH qualification (or willingness to obtain)
