Job Summary

This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager to manage and develop customer relationships across the South of the UK.

This is a highly autonomous field-based role involving extensive UK travel with a strong emphasis on customer retention service quality and operational support. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering teams and act as a key point of contact for customers ensuring service levels and contractual commitments are consistently met.

This is a service-led role not a sales position.

Key Responsibilities

Account & Customer Management

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts across the South UK region

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships focused on retention and satisfaction

  • Act as the primary point of contact for operational and service-related matters

  • Handle customer issues professionally using strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills

Operational & Technical Support

  • Support Engineers with machine installations removals and site activity

  • Attend customer sites as required to ensure smooth operational delivery

  • Participate in a 1-in-4 weekend watching brief rota escalating issues when necessary

Reporting & Analysis

  • Analyse operational and account performance data

  • Produce clear accurate reports for internal stakeholders and customers

  • Identify trends and opportunities for service improvement



Requirements

Candidate Requirements (Essential)

  • Minimum 4 years experience within the Arcade / FEC / Amusements industry

  • Proven account management experience

  • Strong data analysis and report writing skills

  • Excellent negotiation communication and conflict-resolution abilities

  • Physically fit and comfortable supporting on-site operational activity

  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable

  • IOSH qualification (or willingness to obtain)
