Procurement Officer l Full Time

Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Officer to join our Perth-based this role you will support the Procurement & Logistics Manager in sourcing and managing critical mining consumables and equipment. This is a key position responsible for ensuring timely cost-effective and quality-focused procurement aligned with our operational goals.

About the Role:

Coordinate the procurement of goods and services in line with company policies and procedures.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and product quality.
Assist in evaluating and selecting suppliers based on performance reliability cost and quality.
Maintain accurate records of purchases pricing and procurement activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan procurement schedules effectively.

Experience:

Proven procurement experience preferably within the mining or industrial sectors.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyse market trends and assess supplier performance.
Proficiency in Pronto ERP (preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Benefits: Full Time 3 to 4 months work with the possibility of extension

38 hours/week Monday to Friday 8am 4pm
