The Talent Acquisition Professional will be responsible for employer branding and university partnerships full-cycle recruitment and working closely with local HR team and hiring managers on end to end hiring process and operational hiring tasks. Manages recruitment channels adapts global processes locally ensures compliance and provides data-driven insights for HR decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement employer branding strategies to enhance the companys reputation and build and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with key universities via organizing employer branding events managing social media employer branding content etc.
- Serve as the primary recruiter for junior positions for the entire end-to-end hiring process.
- Handle recruitment operational tasks and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain and optimize recruitment channels to improve recruitment efficiency and quality.
- Adapt and implement global hiring processes in the local context ensure compliance with both global standards and local labor regulations; manage the whole hiring process in workday
- Collect sort and analyze recruitment data compile monthly hiring reports and provide data support for HR decision-making.
- Assist in other HR-related work as assigned by manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above in Human Resources Management Business Administration or other related majors.
- 3-5 years of professional recruitment experience preferably with experience in employer branding and university relationship management; experience in end-to-end recruitment for junior positions is a must.
- Familiar with recruitment processes and various recruitment tools proficient in using resume screening systems (ATS) and common office software (Word Excel PowerPoint etc.).
- Excellent English skills able to communicate and work smoothly in English;
- Strong communication coordination and negotiation skills good at dealing with people from different backgrounds and able to provide high-quality candidate experience.
- Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Proactive with good learning ability and team spirit able to adapt to the companys development and adjust work methods timely.
