What this opportunity involves:

Working with our Property Management VIC team JLL are looking for a Building Operations Supervisor to support a prestigious Mixed-Use CBD asset.

This role requires a hands-on facilities management professional to oversee building operations contractor management and compliance across all building systems while serving as the primary operational contact for tenants contractors and emergency situations.

Overview of the role:

Oversee contractor pre-qualification inductions and site access requirements
Complete property inspections and manage Building Automation Systems (BAS)
Manage cleaning services car parks waste management and recycling programs
Coordinate security personnel and act as first contact for security operations
Review and close tenant work requests with management follow-up
Monitor Essential Safety Measures compliance and contractor performance
Maintain contract registers SharePoint administration and contractor databases
Provide after-hours emergency response and callout assistance
Support risk/compliance programs audits and incident reporting
Identify and recommend improvements to building operations and safety

What we are looking for:

Were seeking a technically skilled facilities management professional with strong knowledge of building systems contractor management experience and excellent communication skills to deliver outstanding client service in a fast-paced operational environment.

Demonstrated knowledge of HVAC BAS fire safety and electrical systems
Experience in property industry building services and facilities management
Strong understanding of compliance risk management and contractor management
Ability to manage multiple complex issues concurrently within tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
