Role Summary/Purpose:

The Business Program Manager Financial Management Program (FMP) manages the talent pipeline and talent development of program participants to maintain alignment to the mission and evolving business needs of GE Vernova Finance organization. This role will maximize the growth and continuity of entry-level (internships) and early-career finance talent (FMP) through ongoing assessment of program needs and development of world-class program and learning experiences that are consistent with the overall GE Vernova Early Career Strategy Development Programs and aligned with GE Vernova Finance needs.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage and execute ongoing daily and regular program operations (talent recruitment assignment proposal & selection performance assessments program graduate offboarding & retention domain project coordination program administration program planning) and curriculum development in partnership with leaders of GE Vernova Finance Human Resources Talent Management and Learning & Development teams.
  • Be the day-to-day go-to person for the FMP team members assignment leaders and segment partners. Drive performance management through expectation setting and regular engagement with assignment leaders and segment sponsors
  • Develop and execute standards and global alignment to support the full-time employee strategy in close partnership with all key stakeholders ensure timely submissions for GE Vernova level planning
  • Establish monitor and adapt program KPIs success metrics and operating rhythms with GE Vernova Finance leadership and stakeholders to ensure program objectives maintain strategic alignment meet segment requirements and deliver outcomes and administration is handled proactively
  • Define and communicate the program strategy for the GE Vernova FMP program. Articulate how the program strategy aligns with the long-term GE Vernova Finance vision and Early Career Development Programs
  • Continue to raise development quality of program graduates through on-the job assignments and available resources. Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to program members to maximize engagement and perceived program value.
  • Provide & ensure guidelines and structure for high quality program assignments to finance leaders and assignment leaders and establish ongoing metrics to drive world-class work experiences.
  • Engage across segments on workforce planning to develop rotation and placement strategies. Develop annual workforce planning align with key stakeholders and ensure submission of proposal
  • Partner with GE Vernova Finance Learning & Development team to leverage and offer best-in-class cross-functional learning strategies for program members.
  • Establish cross-business relationships across the GEV early career programs to bring in new ideas and continuous evolution of FMP
  • Partner with GE Vernova Early Career Strategy Development Programs to define execute and continuously improve Finance internship pipeline globally
  • Role model the value diversity and excitement of a GE Vernova career to program members stakeholders and external candidates.
  • Champion a finance culture that enables the Vernova Way & develops a strong brand for GEV finance internally and externally

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 10 years work experience
  • Minimum of five years of work experience in GE Vernova Finance or Human Resources preferably graduate of GE or GE Vernova leadership program
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and regions
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Demonstrated clear thinking and ability to leverage data to drive decision making especially in a complex environment
  • Ability to use advanced analytical thought capabilities to define and drive innovative problem solving Familiarity with Microsoft tools
  • Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility to execute multiple goals and plans within a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to facilitate and influence effectively across multiple levels
  • Ability to travel globally as needed

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position the pay range for this position is between $141900.00 and $236600.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110% 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience education and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
