• Benefits & Payroll Partner: Handle open enrollment resolve benefits inquiries and provide backup for payroll verification and corrections.

• Training & Recruiting Ally: Implement training programs track records post jobs schedule interviews and drive recruiting success.

• Culture Builder: Lead recognition programs organize events update employee communications and spark initiatives that boost engagement and morale.

• HR All-Rounder: Support onboarding/offboarding employee relations and special projects alongside HR leadership.

What Theyre Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (preferred).

• 3-5 years of HR generalist experience in a dynamic setting.

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanishessential for their multicultural team.

• Strong grasp of HR compliance labor laws benefits payroll and training best practices.
