Benefits & Payroll Partner: Handle open enrollment resolve benefits inquiries and provide backup for payroll verification and corrections.
Training & Recruiting Ally: Implement training programs track records post jobs schedule interviews and drive recruiting success.
Culture Builder: Lead recognition programs organize events update employee communications and spark initiatives that boost engagement and morale.
HR All-Rounder: Support onboarding/offboarding employee relations and special projects alongside HR leadership.
What Theyre Looking For
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
3-5 years of HR generalist experience in a dynamic setting.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanishessential for their multicultural team.
Strong grasp of HR compliance labor laws benefits payroll and training best practices.
Exceptional organizational skills attention to detail and discretion with confidential matters.
