Company Overview: Our Client a Karachi based company seeks to appoint experienced professionals for the following position:
Job Role:
This role combines analytical capabilities with hands-on project execution and coordination responsibilities and to work closely with the business stakeholders technology teams and external vendors to analyze business needs document requirements and ensure timely delivery of enhancements and projects.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Documentation
- Analyze existing business processes for the Fuel Cards function and document them using industry-standard methods
- Develop SOPs workflows process diagrams and gap analyses
- Engage stakeholders to validate processes and identify opportunities for optimization
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for compliance and operational reference
Requirement Gathering & Solution Design
- Conduct workshops and interviews to gather new business requirements
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure feasibility and alignment with system capabilities
Project Leadership
- Plan coordinate and lead the implementation of new initiatives and enhancements
- Define scope schedule and resource needs for assigned projects
- Monitor timelines risks and issues ensuring proactive resolution and delivery
- Prepare and present status reports to management and key stakeholders
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
- Act as the bridge between business units IT teams and third-party solution vendors
- Manage vendor communications track deliverables and ensure adherence to SLAs
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) deployment training and post-launch activities
Education
- Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science Software Engineering Software Project Management or related fields along with preferred PMP CBAP or Agile certifications.
Experience
- Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience in business analysis and project coordination/management preferably in a large national/multinational organization among which 2-6 years of relevant experience in a middle management role or similar capacity.
Requirements
- Process mapping tools project tracking tools and documentation tools
- Strong communication stakeholder management analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage cross-functional teams effectively
- Working with multi parties including internal and external stakeholders
Age
- The candidate should preferably be not more than 40 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.
