JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Summary
The Data Analyst supports the organization by collecting preparing analyzing and visualizing data from multiple commercial source including CRM systems distributor data and IQVIA Analyzer brick level data. This role requires strong technical capability in Power BI Power Query Excel data Modeling and basic data engineering/ETL concepts paired with high learning aptitude curiosity and a proactive mindset.
The analyst will play an important role in evaluating field force activities data and generating insights to support Sales Force Effectiveness.
The position also offers future growth potential to contribute to regional and global digital/automation initiatives working with advanced analytics automation tools and global data transformation programs.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
1. Data Integration & Preparation
- Extract clean and transform data from CRM systems distributor feeds and IQVIA Analyzer (brick level competitor data).
- Maintain data mapping (territories bricks products HCPs).
- Perform routine and ad hoc data quality checks for accuracy completeness and consistency.
2. Reporting & Dashboard Development (Power BI)
- Build and maintain dashboards and visual reports using Power BI Power Query and DAX.
- Develop performance dashboards covering SFE KPIs territory performance competitive activity and distributor health.
- Automate data refresh cycles and continuously improve dashboards for usability and insights.
3. Insights & KPI Analytics
- Highlight gaps in productivity call plan execution and territory management.
- Provide analytical support to Sales SFE Marketing and Field Managers.
- Analyze customer activity call patterns customer segmentation and territory call plan execution from CRM.
- Maintain raw data from all internal/external sources.
- Link CRM activity to sales performance
- Compare internal sales with IQVIA brick level market/competitor performance to identify opportunities.
- Support training sessions for Power BI dashboards and CRM analytical features.
- Document processes definitions and analytical logic.
Knowledge & Experience
- 02 years of experience in analytics business intelligence or data management (internships/projects acceptable).
- Proficiency in:
- Business Intelligence Tools (visuals DAX metrics)
- Power Query (ETL steps)
- Excel (advanced level)
- Basic SQL (preferable)
- Exposure to IQVIA Analyzer and CRM data structures is a plus.
- Understanding of territory structures brick level data or SFE KPIs is advantageous.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Computer Science Statistics Business Analytics Mathematics Engineering or related fields.
- Relevant certifications in Power BI Analytics or SQL are a plus.
