Translate complex data into clear actionable insights and recommendations that help shape company strategy and operational plans.
Support project scoping and requirements gathering: contribute to process design documentation testing plans and qualityassurance workflows.
Monitor ongoing business metrics support risk and compliance requirements and help maintain data integrity across systems.
Work in a dynamic international environment support growth initiatives contribute to business development and scaling efforts.

Who were looking for

Proven experience in business analysis finance data analytics or similar roles ideally in fintech financial services or technology-driven environments.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills comfort working with large datasets financial metrics and business KPIs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills able to collaborate across teams and present findings clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Proactive mindset well organized and capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced evolving business environment.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus given the international nature of our operations.
