AsSenior Vice President Growth you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing multi-year strategies that unlock new markets partnerships and business models withinAustralias Resources and Industrials sector with a primary focus onMining & Energy RegionalPorts Dangerous Goods Logisticsand the broader supply chain ecosystem.
This is an opportunity to influence at the highest levelserving as a trusted advisor to the Presidentof the Resources and Industrials DivisionrepresentingToll in industry forums and leading transformative initiatives that deliver material sales growth in contractlogistics.

Strategic Vision:Set and communicate a compelling growth agenda aligned with Tolls long-termobjectives.
Enterprise Growth:Drive Merger&Acquisition strategic alliances and new market entry opportunities.
Commercial Excellence:Embed disciplined sales methodologies and negotiate major contracts foroptimaloutcomes.
Executive Leadership:Inspire and mentor a high-performing team fostering innovation and accountability.
Stakeholder Influence:Cultivate relationships with customers regulators and investors to advance Tolls strategic interests.
What You Bring:
10 years executive leadership experience in growth strategy or business development within resourceslogistics or related industries.
Deepexpertisein Mining & EnergyorPortsandsupply chain operations.
Proventrack recordof delivering significant sales growth in contractlogistics.
Exceptional strategic thinking commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills.
Bachelors degree in businessor Logistics; MBA preferred.
