AdventHealth East Orlando is excited to offer a 1-year administrative emergency department observation fellowship designed for recent emergency medicine (EM) residency graduates seeking advanced training in ED operations observation medicine and the Fellowship:This non-ACGME fellowship integrates clinical administrative and educational components to prepare future ED leaders. Fellows will gain hands-on experience in managing clinical operations quality improvement patient flow and the development and oversight of observation unit protocols while continuing to practice clinically in a high-volume community-based academic :Completion of an ACGME-accredited emergency medicine residency programBoard certified or board eligible in emergency medicineStrong interest in ED leadership operations and observation medicine
