Officer, Research Systems Support

• Based at our Melbourne Burwood or Geelong Waurn Ponds Campus hybrid work arrangements
• Full-time and fixed term from February 2026 until March 2027
• HEW 5 $83407 - $% Superannuation

As Officer Research Systems Support you will:

• Offer technical support for Research systems prioritising issues for first point resolution and ensuring interactions are effectively tracked and documented.
• Ensure service requests and incident management are addressed promptly maintaining a high standard of resolution in line with service level agreements and performance targets and escalating complex queries where necessary.
• Efficiently manage and administer user access to multiple research systems.
• Monitor and review feeders daily and rectify errors communicating to teams where enhancements could improve data quality

To be successful youll have:

• Completion of a Degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or
• Completion of an Associate Diploma and at least two years subsequent relevant work experience; or
• Completion of a Post-Trades Certificate or Advanced Certificate and extensive relevant experience as a Technician; or
• An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
