Helm Point Solutions is a cybersecurity and physical security firm committed to protecting the infrastructure that underpins national security. We are seeking a highly experiencedSenior Information Assurance (IA) System Architect & Engineerto provide expert support in designing developing and integrating secure architectures and system components for government environments. This role requires deep knowledge of Defense-in-Depth principles enterprise security architecture and multi-enclave system design.

What Youll Do
In this role you will:

• Support the Governmentin the design development implementation and integration of IA architectures systems or system components.

• Ensure information system architectures aresecure functional and compliant including program-of-record systems and specialized environments with platform IT interconnectivity.

• Perform system and network designs supportingmultiple enclaves including those with differing levels of data protection and classification requirements.

• Apply expertise in IA policies procedures standards and workforce structures todesign develop and implement secure networking computing and enclave architectures.

• Collaborate with government stakeholders technical teams and security leadership to maintain the highest level of system protection and architectural integrity.

What You Bring
Required Qualifications:

• 14 years IA System Architect/Engineer (IASAE)experience including recent (last 5 years) work with Defense-in-Depth access control authorization authentication PKI and enterprise/network security architecture.

• 2 yearsapplying security risk assessment methodologies including threat modeling vulnerability assessments and security risk analysis.

• Strong knowledge ofFederal NSA IC and DoDinformation security regulations publications and policies.

• IASAE Level III certification required:ISSEP ISSAP or CCSP.

• Masters degreein Computer Science IT Engineering or related field (may substitute for6 yearsof experience).
