Systems Engineer - Senior

POSITION OVERVIEW:

• The Technology Services department is responsible for providing technology needs.
• Seeking qualified on-site Systems Administrators (Engineers) who will utilize their knowledge skills and abilities to install manage maintain and troubleshoot an enterprise compute storage and desktop environment including Office 365 Email Azure VMware Windows Sever SAN/NAS Backup File/Print Anti-virus etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support projects as required to meet TS goals and objectives.
• Implement manage maintain and support the System Architecture solutions.
• Provide 24x7x365 support resolution for enterprise hardware and software as needed.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation.
• Provide reports and metrics for performance analysis and growth planning.
• Establish a Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule and execute planned activities.
• Provide technical and operational guidance to staff and contractors as needed.
• Work onsite every day (M-F).
• Perform related duties as directed.

Education Requirement:

• B.S in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
• OR High School Diploma with Minimum 4 years of demonstrated experience working in an enterprise infrastructure environment in addition to the time required in the Minimum Qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

1) 4 years or more experience with end-to-end management (deploying configuring administering updating securing and troubleshooting) of the following technologies:

• b) Microsoft Software Services
  • i) Windows Desktop OS
  • ii) Microsoft 365
  • iii) Defender
• c) Microsoft Management Services
  • i) Active Directory
  • ii) Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM)
  • iii) Microsoft Intune
  • iv) PowerShell
• d) Microsoft Azure Cloud Services
  • i) Azure AD
  • ii) Azure CLI
  • iii) Azure Governance
• e) Dell physical Servers SAN / NAS storage arrays and ancillary components
  • i) PowerEdge MX740C R660 and R760
  • ii) Compellent SC200
  • iii) StreamVault SVS-7020E and SV-7040EX
  • iv) vxRail E5
• f) VMware Virtualization and Management Platforms
  • i) ESXi
  • ii) vCenter
  • iii) vSphere

2) 3 or more years of experience with end-to-end management (deploying configuring

administering updating securing and troubleshooting) of the following technologies:

• Pure Storage arrays
  • i) FlashArray // X20R3 and C50R4
  • ii) Pure1 management
  • iii) ActiveCluster
• b) Veeam Enterprise Backup and Recovery Services
• c) File and Print Services
• d) Data Center Installation (Rack & Stack)

3) 2 or more years creating solution designs that integrate server storage backup management and security (virtual and physical) into existing enterprise environments.

4) Ability to regularly lift 30 lbs.

• Certificate Authorities.
• Disaster Recovery Services - testing planning and documenting.
• Working knowledge or experience with the following technologies:

• General knowledge or experience with information security concepts and practices.
• General knowledge or experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS).

• General knowledge or experience with Container technology platforms.
• Basic understanding of emerging technologies and concepts such as AI/ML IoTetc.1 or more
• Certifications from the following list (or equivalent):
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert.

  • Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
