Responsibilities:
Exciting opportunity to learn more about M&A from the top strategic acquirer of software companies. Assisting the M&A/Business Development team with one or more of the following projects:
Contacting potential acquisition targets (phone email LinkedIn) to schedule meetings with our M&A team
Organizing regional prospecting trip(s) for the M&A Directors and General managers
Identification and addition of acquisition targets to our proprietary database from trade show lists and other online resources
Evaluation acquisition targets within the existing database (primarily based on LinkedIn website and limited online research available on private companies) and update our proprietary database
