Our team is looking for someone to join us to train as a Referral Coordinator and help support our communities in Horry and Georgetown Counties. Our wonderful office is conveniently located in Myrtle Beach.
Referral Coordinators arekey personnel in the daily operations of a home care office. From answering phonesto being in the field interacting with clients and referral sources a Referral Coordinators scope of responsibility is varied fast-paced and rewarding. A mix of social services operations customer service finance sales recruiting and human resources are all parts of a Referral Coordinators exciting role.
Referral Coordinator Duties include but are not limited to:
- Meeting with prospective clients
- Getting to know caregivers registered with the office
- Matching clients to caregivers that meet their needs
- Completing customer service visits with clients
- Working as a team in an office environment.
Referral CoordinatorJob Requirements:
- Nurturing ability (caring empathetic compassionate)
- Articulate with strong verbal and written skills and a pleasant phone manner
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Organized and detailed
- Good documentation skills
