Size and functions of local team: 4-person global CSM team each managing 3M4M ARR 40100 accounts depending on tier and seniority
Role description:
Enterprise CSM Full ownership of net revenue retention across a multi-product Microsoft ERP SaaS portfolio
Portfolio: 3M4M ARR across 40 (Tier 1) to 100 (Tier 2) customers
Responsible for onboarding retention renewal cross-/upsell offboarding
Strategic stakeholder management across enterprise clients mainly in data manufacturing and compliance verticals
Owns and drives impact reviews joint success/account plans partner health initiatives
Supports customer lifecycle product advocacy voice of customer and 1:many enablement
Uses Hubspot for forecasting performance reviews and hygiene
Needs to contribute to maturing and scaling CSM processes internally

Room to grow within strategic accounts and mentor junior CSMs
Must haves:
Proven success managing a mid-market or ideally enterpriseportfolio (aiming for 3M ARR or 40 enterprise accounts)
Full-cycle CSM: onboarding retention upsell with forecasting accuracy and NRR tracking
Experience with multi-product SaaS offerings and stakeholder complexity (Or very strong coachability to learn this)
Demonstrated ability to proactively manage account health and commercial outcomes
High coachability curiosity and capacity to navigate complex ERP/ISV environments
Nice to haves:
Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP ecosystem
Knowledge of Hubspot or similar CRM tools
Salary range & secondary benefits:
Base: 70K80K
Variable: 1020k structure under review
