What will the programme involve

The programme is designed to give you the ability to grow into a Finance professional. You will develop your individual leadership skills by working on projects which offer you the experience you need to be ready for your first management role. Over 3 years you will take on a variety of roles across our businesses. You will gain experience both in financial and management accounting and you will be business facing communicating with key contacts within the brand teams.

• The programme gives you a broad array of rotations: you will work in an international environment (even though it might be in the Netherlands) because many of our global and European Finance teams are based in Rotterdam. We have Finance UFLP positions in Global Marketing Finance European Supply Chain & Controlling Finance Excellence Local Finance teams and many more. We make sure to differentiate between the spots so that you will get a broad array of experiences.
• You will be trusted advisor right across the business and you will be in the thick of influencing strategy and investment decisions from day one. You will be making decisions that directly determine the future of our brands the way we work with our customers and how we run our supply chain. Our people have the opportunity to make a big impact every day.
• Support and empowerment: We will support you every step of the way to senior management but much of your progress will be up to you. You will need to be focused and ambitious to get where you want identifying opportunities and taking responsibility for your own development.
• During the 3 years of your programme you will be learning and developing in the rotations you will be doing having real responsibility and impact. This development is supported with a learning roadmap full of internal and external training focused on developing your individual leadership skills. Additionally there is a European finance learning roadmap for all UFLPs Finance across Europe to develop your financial skills.

Requirements for application:

• Eligibility to work in the Netherlands is a must before the employment start date of the UFLP programme on the 1st of September 2026.

• You have obtained your Masters degree at the start date of the UFLP per September 1st 2026.
• A WO masters degree is required at the beginning of the Finance track.
• Fluency in Dutch & English languages is a must (Note: Please complete your SOVA digital interview in English).
• We recommend that you only apply with a maximum of 5 years of experience to get the best out of the UFLP.
• Search year/Orientation year visa is not accepted. Unilever cannot support the request for a visa in any form (R&D talents EU nationals and candidates with asylum residence permits are excepted from this requirement).
  

Application Process
Our online application process runs from 2nd of March 2026 to the 21st of March 2026.

You need to finalize the Online Application Online Assessment and Digital Interview before the 21st of March 2026 to be eligible for the UFLP.

Note: We work on a first comes first-served basis. It will take a few days to finish all online application stages so finish all stages as soon as possible when applications open.

The entire selection process includes:

• Stage 1: Online Application:
  Complete the online application form. It is a simple andeasy applicationprocess with theoptionof filling out your details using your LinkedIn profile.
• Stage 2: Online Assessment (Personality/Profile assessment):

Complete two stages of profile assessment; a portrait personality test and an online assessment. These are designed to look at different elements of your cognitive emotional and social traits. You will receive personalised feedback after completing each stage.

• Stage 3: Digital Interview (Online):

The digital interview will consist of 3short questionsfollowed by a business case. You will be asked to solve real-world problems using Unilever able to record and complete your interview anytime and anywhere. (Please complete your SOVA digital interview in English)

• Stage 4: Discovery Center Day (Physically at the Rotterdam office):
  You will be invited to a day in the life of a at Unilever. You will get to experience a face-to-face day filled with several exciting activities including project meetings business challenges a team meeting with Unilever colleagues and an interview.
  

Our Discovery Center Days will take place between April 13 April 30 at our Rotterdam office. Physical attendance is mandatory.

• Stage 5: Job Offer
