Inviting applications for the role of Consultant SAP PP/PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP PP/PM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation support and enhancement of SAP Production Planning (PP) and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes in manufacturing and maintenance and the ability to translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements related to production planning and plant maintenance and map them into SAP PP/PM solutions.
Configure and customize SAP PP and PM modules to meet client needs.
Handle end-to-end implementations upgrades and support for SAP PP and PM modules.
Integrate SAP PP/PM with other SAP modules such as MM SD QM and FI/CO.
Develop functional specifications for custom developments and collaborate with ABAP developers.
Conduct system testing defect tracking and resolution during implementation and support phases.
Provide user training documentation and post-go-live support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production and maintenance processes using SAP best practices.
Support business users in day-to-day SAP PP/PM operations and troubleshoot issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or related field.
Hands-on experience with SAP PP and PM modules.
Strong understanding of production planning shop floor control BOMs routings work centers and maintenance strategies task lists notifications work orders.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
Ability to conduct workshops and gather requirements.
Knowledge of integration points between PP/PM and other SAP modules.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduation: MBA/MCA
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP Certification in PP and/or PM.
Experience in SAP Fiori apps related to PM or PP.
Knowledge of industry best practices in manufacturing or plant operations.
Familiarity with IoT predictive maintenance and Industry 4.0 concepts is a plus.
