About the role

The PM will be responsible for managing projects in scope while guaranteeing efficiency and compliance with internal procedures and service standards contributing to clients satisfaction and businesss sustainable growth.

This role requires a minimum of 70% travel to Riyadh Saudi Arabia to work closely on-site with our client. Applicants must be flexible comfortable with frequent travel and eligible to travel on a business visa. A strong commitment to being present where the work happens is essential.

As a part of your job you will:

• Define and manage the projects scope estimating costs determining budgets and identifying quality requirements.
• Plan define and develop schedules and activities estimating resources and activity durations.
• Manage changes to the project scope organize schedules control costs and margins maintain an awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects and their impact.
• Define the budget and allocate resources efficiently ensuring the accomplishment of the projects goals within the budget and timing set.
• Establish and maintain relationships with different stakeholders within the project scope.
• Perform risk management planning and identifying potential risks assessing qualitative and quantitative risks developing risk mitigation strategies and reporting issues that cannot be resolved within the team.
• Manage all projects workload be accountable and analyze the teams progress activities and prepare status reports.
• Ensure project team members are aligned with clients needs.
• Promote continuous improvement of structure processes and tools that support team productivity and add value for the client.
• Guarantee project deliverables timely and ensure that they comply with quality standards.
• Lead and coach the team ensuring appropriate assessment support and development of the team members.
• Stay up to date on emerging technologies/industry trends providing insights and advice on new opportunities and applying best practices into daily activities.
• Be compliant with internal procedures policies and guidelines and external regulations.
• Be aware of new opportunities/projects with customers.
• Coach motivate and give guidance to the team members to ensure continuously improving performance levels in terms of project scope budget and schedules guaranteeing that work is performed on time with the quality expected.
  

What are we looking for

• 8-10 Years of experience and skills in Project Management to define project objectives scope and deliverables create and manage project plans schedules budgets and resources; monitor and track progress against the plan; and identify and mitigate risks and issues.
• Analytical and with attention to detail ability to analyze data and information identify trends and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Risk management manage risks and issues and take corrective measures to ensure project success.
• P&L /budgeting and forecasting knowledge. Ability to manage the overall project budget and ensure financial control throughout the program life cycle.
• Knowledge of waterfall and agile frameworks.
• Continuous learning commitment to ongoing professional development staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and seeking out opportunities for improvement.
  

Nice to have:

• Project Management certification (PMP Prince2 or similar).
