Your Job

Your Tasks
- Answer customer questions via phone chat email and social media
- Help with account setup login issues and verifications
- Support with payments and account details
- Solve technical problems and guide users through the platform
- Be a helpful expert in the sports and gaming world
- Respond quickly and kindly to all inquiries and complaints
- Build trust with customers through friendly communication
- Share ideas to improve how we work
What Were Looking For
- Proficiency in Flemish both written and spoken
- English (B2 level)
- Passion for sports
- Good typing and computer skills (MS Office etc.)
- Quick learner with tech skills
- Clear communicator who explains things simply
- 6 months of experience in customer service (same job)
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Willing to work rotating shifts
