Assignment Overview
Our client is seeking a proactive Roll-out Manager / Roll-out Coordinator to support the deployment of a new Secure Access Workstation (SAW) solution for approximately 800 users across 10 locations. The consultant will coordinate and execute the physical roll-out ensuring seamless logistics user communication and operational support throughout the deployment period.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the physical roll-out of SAW devices across multiple sites.
- Manage logistics including schedules equipment delivery and on-site preparation.
- Serve as the primary contact for end-users during deployment ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Oversee on-site activities such as device setup troubleshooting and user onboarding.
- Identify escalate and resolve issues quickly to minimize disruptions.
- Report progress risks and delays to the project management team.
- Document tasks and updates in Jira or other project management tools.
Required Competence
- Solid experience from multi-site rollouts or similar deployment projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with users and stakeholders.
- Excellent planning prioritization and execution abilities.
- Proactive and capable of resolving operational issues under time constraints.
- Familiarity with IT hardware deployment and basic troubleshooting.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English (mandatory).
