JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Quality Manager atZivid you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our productdevelopment productionand services. You willbe responsible foroverseeing quality systems processes and field quality driving a culture of excellence and making a significant impact on our reputation and successas we grow.
The roleis characterized as an Operational Quality positioncollaborating with company leadership in Management Reviews and working with process owners toensure execution according to our Quality Management System and continuously improve our processes.
KeyResponsibilities:
- DevelopimplementandmaintainourQuality Management Systemto meet industry standards andexceedcustomer expectations
- BePointOfContactfor customer audit andprepareourcommercial team to respond to customerrequests for information on quality system and processes
- Continuouslyidentifyopportunities for process improvement and implement best practicesin New Product Development andIntroduction
- Align withrelevant industry standardsandregulations(e.g.ISO 9001APQP) andmaintainnecessary documentation
- Active involvement in customer quality incidenthandlingtoensurecorrective and preventivemeasuresand continuous improvement are systematic
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standardstoolsand methods fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.
- Working internally on IQC on production and return materials contribute to setting outbound quality requirements for Zivid suppliers
- Ensure reporting ofcompany levelquality performance metrics and the actions and improvements
- Review / track production performance and quality metrics withCMoperationsand production test teams
- Ensure suppliers deliver quality and compliant materials/services. Proactively develop supplier capability to prevent defects and reduce risk
- Identifyand mitigate quality-related risks that couldimpactthe companys reputation or operations
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Relevant experiencetrainingandatrackrecord
- Familiarity of productionquality standards IPC610 620 ISO9001
- Competencein data analysis and the ability to use data to drive quality improvements
- Familiarity withQuality Tools and Methods like FMEA Process Maps Control Plans Lean manufacturing are a plus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Leadership abilities to drive cultural change and influence stakeholders
- 5 or moreyears ofexperiencein quality management preferably in a technology ormanufacturingenvironment
- Ability toengage the organization and scale quality processes avoiding centralized management and single points of failure
