We are currently looking for aGuest Relations Managerto join our team of experts. This is a vital new position at the hotel serving as the heartbeat of our guest experience. The Guest Relations team is responsible for curating the pulse of the house ensuring that every interaction is not just service but a memorable this role you will play a key part in bringing together those who live life to the fullest by creating an uplifting and joyful meeting-place. You will have one employee reporting directly to you and together you will ensure our hospitality remains intuitive - never intrusive. The Guest Relations Manager will report to the General Manager and be part of the management team.
Key responsibilities
Act as the mastermind behind the dynamic pulse of the hotel ensuring every guest interaction feels like a curated experience.
Lead and develop your team to provide a personalised type of service that stays one step ahead - intuitive never intrusive.
Build and maintain an ongoing conversation with our guests ensuring their stay is uplifting and joyful.
As a member of the management team contribute ideas to enhance the brands unique identity while maintaining the modern sense of quality THE THIEF is known for.
Collaborate across departments to ensure daily operations run with a focus on pleasure through excellence.
