Your missions
As HR Officer you will :
- Provide support in various HR linked fields.
- Prepare and validate payroll data to ensure accurate and compliant processing.
- Support the recruitment and candidate pre-selection and employee onboarding and off-boarding.
- Actively participate in processes related to training performance management and employee relationship management.
- Take part in the selection process and integration of human resources management information systems and IA initiatives related to HR.
- Supervise the absence management (annual leave sickness maternity/paternity leave etc.).
- Supervise the employee files management and update the employee information.
- Support employees with their daily HR queries.
- Be the point of contact for the different local authorities as Centre Commun de la Sécurité Sociale ADEM Inspection du Travail et Mines Ministry of immigration etc
- Collaborate with different departments to provide relevant HR data to internal stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
- Perform day-to-day data analysis to aid ongoing HR operations.
- Ensure and improve the quality of data across all HR systems.
- Develop and maintain HR reports and interactive dashboards.
Your ideal profile
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Finance Data Analysis or Business Management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role with a former experience in payroll.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate interpret and present data effectively to the business.
- Proactive attitude towards improving systems and processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Fluency in French and English
