What youll be doing:
Be the first line of defence for IT issues managing our service desk like a pro
Set up and manage user accounts laptops and printers
Administer DNS using GoDaddy and manage Zendesk campaigns
Support our remote teams with meeting room technology
Troubleshoot Dynamics 365 and assist with various IT projects
Learn and master our in-house developed platform
Who were looking for:
Some experience as a 1st/2nd line IT Support Analyst
Expertise in Windows 10/11 Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365
Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) Active Directory and Azure AD
Experience with Apple Remote Desktop JAMF and Zendesk administration
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to document your work clearly
Strong communication skills including working with non-native English speakers
A proactive mindset and the ability to identify root causes and propose solutions
Recent graduates with relevant skills and certifications are encouraged to apply!
Microsoft and Apple certifications (desirable)
Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) (desirable)
