Our Marketing Graduate Trainee program is designed to provide recent graduates with first-hand experience in all marketing and branding functions. This programme is perfect for those eager to make an impact embrace learning and grow into a marketing leadership role within a dynamic FinTech/HealthTech company!

Key Responsibilities: Graduate Trainee in Marketing

Through our 24-month rotation program you will gain intensive hands-on experience across core digital marketing and product commercialization functions including Product Performance Media Organic Growth YouTube and Customer Proposition. You will gain mastery in these respective areas through hands-on execution participate in strategic projects and process enhancement.

• Rotation 2: Campaign Management
• Rotation 3: Performance Marketing
• Rotation 4: Organic Growth (SEO/Content)
• Rotation 5: YouTube Strategy & Production
• Rotation 6: Customer/ Product Proposition

At the end of the program you will continue your career as a Senior Officer within our Marketing department.

What We Look For Graduate Marketing Trainee Profile

• Recent university graduate in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing brand management and customer engagement.
• Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving capability and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages such as Cantonese are a plus).
• Team player; adaptable collaborative and eager to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Right to work in Hong Kong.

Preferred But Not Essential

• Previous internship or project experience in marketing communications or branding.
• Knowledge of SEO SEM Google Analytics or social media advertising.
• Past involvement in student organisations event management or digital content creation
• Familiarity with creative tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Creative Cloud)
