Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role for at least 5 years.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in India.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Certification in HR management is a plus.
