• Design develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.

• Create data models DAX measures and visualizations to support business insights and decision-making.

• Optimize reports for performance scalability and usability.

• Integrate Power BI with various data sources including SQL Server ServiceNow Salesforce JIRA Excel SharePoint Azure and APIs.

• Build and manage automated workflows to streamline repetitive tasks and approval processes.

• Integrate Power Automate flows with Office 365 Dynamics 365 SharePoint Microsoft Teams and other third-party systems.

• Monitor troubleshoot and optimize flow performance to ensure reliability.

• Design and develop custom business applications using canvas and model-driven apps.

• Implement role-based security data validation rules and responsive user interfaces.

• Connect applications to Dataverse SharePoint SQL and other connectors.

• Maintain support and enhance existing Power Apps solutions.

• Participate in designing AI-based solutions leveraging Agentic AI Generative AI for analytics and AI Builder capabilities.

• Integrate AI outputs and predictive insights into Power BI dashboards.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements define solutions and deliver high-quality outcomes.

• Ensure all solutions meet security compliance and scalability standards.

• Provide end-user training documentation and ongoing support.

• Stay updated with Power Platform enhancements new features and best practices.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or equivalent professional experience.

• 12 years of total IT experience with 3 years of hands-on experience working with Power BI Power Automate and Power Apps.

• Strong expertise in DAX Power Query (M) and data modeling.

• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem.

• Experience integrating data from APIs and external data sources.

• Hands-on experience with Power Virtual Agents Dataverse and AI Builder.

• Strong analytical problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills.
