Job Summary
Experience & Domain Knowledge
Minimum 20 years of experience in project planning scheduling cost control and monitoring for
large-scale EPC / Design-Build projects.
Experience with international consultants and national clients.
Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project for preparing tracking and updating Level 1 4 schedules.
Expertise in preparing detailed catch-up plans using the 5M approach (Manpower Material
Machinery Method Money).
Strong understanding of EPC contract clauses related to schedule delays recovery and progress
monitoring.
Skilled in integrating planning with billing cost control and reconciliation systems.
Capable of developing resource histograms S-curves dashboards and CTC projection models.
