Job Summary
Position: South Africa - Sales Representative
Type of Contract: Independent Contractor
Working Hours : 9am-5pm EST
Salary Range : $1.000 - $1.400 USD ( 10% of deal value)

Our client is a fully virtual tax advisory and accounting firm that supports individuals and small businesses across the United States. They specialise in tax preparation proactive tax planning IRS representation bookkeeping and estate or asset-protection strategies.
About the role
Our client is hiring a full-time Inside Sales Representative to handle a high volume of warm inbound leads. These leads come from referrals and marketing partnerships including sponsored events. You will speak with prospects who have already expressed interest and guide them into Magnolia Tax Services high-value tax planning programs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a pipeline of warm inbound leads from referrals and marketing partnerships.
- Conduct consultative sales calls to understand client needs and recommend appropriate tax planning services.
- Clearly explain the value and structure of high-ticket tax plans priced between approximately $3500 and $30000 and above.
- Follow up with prospects via phone email and other channels to move deals forward.
- Maintain accurate notes and deal information in the company CRM.
- Collaborate with the tax and operations teams to ensure a smooth client handoff after closing.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for calls conversions and revenue.
Requeriments:
- 2 or more years of experience in sales account management or customer-facing roles ideally selling services or high-ticket offers.
- Strong English communication skills both spoken and written with a clear and confident phone presence.
- Comfortable handling a steady volume of inbound leads and managing a structured follow-up process.
- Consultative selling style with the ability to build trust quickly and handle objections professionally.
- Self-motivated organized and comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Prior tax or accounting experience is not required; we provides a structured 30-day onboarding and training program.
