Job Summary
Hire Resolves client is looking for a full-time on-site Senior Technicianbased in Cape Town Senior Technician will be responsible for the below.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding of pos systems
- Add and register employees
- Reporting and site management
- Setup and manage pos databases
- Integrate third party services
- Configure network and serial printers
- Technical troubleshooting and day to day support
- Microsoft operating systems from Windows 11 up until Windows Server 2022
but not limited - Ability to build maintain and repair computers laptops and servers
- Strong fundamentals of networking and understanding of WLAN VOIP WAN
and LAN environments. - Design configure and maintain network infrastructure i.e. Fortinet Mikrotik
L3 network switches Dell Servers etc. but not limited
- Punctual and Presentable
- Strong work ethic and quick leaner
- Ability to work under pressure and motivated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in IT
- NB. Must have a valid drivers license
