Our client is looking for a driven and technically minded Solar Sales Engineer to grow our solar PV business by developing client relationships preparing technical proposals and closing commercial and industrial solar projects.
Duties & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar PV market
Engage with commercial and industrial clients to understand energy requirements
Prepare technical and financial proposals including system sizing and cost estimates
Conduct site assessments and support system design in collaboration with engineering teams
Present solar solutions to clients and close sales opportunities
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
Maintain strong relationships with clients EPC teams and suppliers
Stay informed on solar technology regulations and market trends
Minimum Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering Energy Engineering or similar
3 years experience in solar PV sales or renewable energy projects
Strong understanding of solar PV systems inverters and energy storage
Proven track record in technical sales or business development
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills
