Our Toxicology Business part of Abbott Rapid Diagnostics is currently recruiting for a OH Customer Services Administrator. The role would be based in our Abingdon (Oxfordshire) office.
Were looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic Occupational Health (OH) team within the Toxicology business unit. Based at our Abingdon office youll play a key role in supporting the seamless delivery of our Occupational Health services to clients across the UK.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clinic Coordination: Set up and manage clinic calendars in our Occupational Health Management System to enable smooth appointment scheduling.
Clinician Support: Maintain clinicians schedules including managing annual leave and training time.
Supplier Liaison: Collaborate with third-party providers to ensure clinics are fully resourced and run efficiently.
Documentation Management: Upload reports and certificates from third-party services ensuring timely delivery to clients in line with KPIs.
System Administration: Perform a variety of administrative tasks within our Occupational Health Management System to keep everything running like clockwork.
General Admin Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to support the wider team and business objectives.
Team Collaboration: Support with other duties as needed to help the team succeed.
EXPERIENCE EDUCATION:
Education to national standards
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
IT literate with a good working knowledge of Word Excel & Outlook
Experience of working for a service provider in a related field is preferable.
Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
Be customer and quality focused
