- Become an expert in Playtech software systems and apply your knowledge to real-world business situations.
- Work directly with clients to identify analyze and improve operational processes.
- Support clients in delivering revenue growth through operational change and optimization.
- Provide data-driven recommendations and support the implementation of new initiatives and procedures.
- Set goals define KPIs and plan business strategies with client stakeholders.
- Support and deliver training activities for client teams.
- Share backend knowledge and industry insights with internal teams.
- Mentor and support less experienced team members.
- Travel regularly to client locations to work closely with their operational teams.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and provide updates at agreed intervals.
- Produce comprehensive project plans and roadmaps.
- Deliver detailed periodic reports on project status to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct data and insight analysis to inform business decisions
Qualifications :
Components for Success: You
- Have at least 4 years of experience in a B2C or B2B role within the gambling or iGaming industry.
- Possess strong analytical skills and a keen eye for operational detail.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of CRM systems and operational procedures.
- Excel at presenting to all levels of an organization with excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Have experience creating and executing business plans.
- Bring solid project management skills to the table.
- Are proficient with the MS Office suite.
