We are seeking a dedicated Medical Imaging Educator (Clinical Educator) to join our dynamic this pivotal role you will play a key part in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment directly supporting the Tutor Medical Imaging Technologist and acting as an educational role model within the department.

Position classification:

Grade 3 - AT6 - AT9

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise educate and assess undergraduate and graduate radiographers to ensure their professional growth aligns with department and industry standards.
  • Facilitate student placements and liaise with partnered universities to ensure a seamless and valuable learning experience.
  • Mentor students and staff while promoting safe high-quality patient care.
  • Deliver educational programs across a wide audience including medical nursing allied health professionals and secondary students.
  • Promote and support interprofessional education and collaborative learning across the organisation.
  • Contribute to the departments continuing professional development initiatives and quality improvement activities.
