26000 per annum uncapped commission (OTE 70k in Year 1)

A thriving finance business based in Northampton is expanding their high-performing team and seeking a confident and experienced Inbound Sales Executive. This is a full-time permanent role offering a generous commission structure strong team culture and clear progression opportunities.
What Youll Be Doing
Qualifying warm inbound leads and understanding client finance needs
Contacting businesses to discuss tailored funding solutions
Carrying out outbound calls to generate new opportunities
Attending and leading face-to-face meetings trade events and networking sessions
Working to realistic weekly and monthly KPIs
Building and maintaining a strong consistent pipeline
Delivering excellent post-sale service to retain clients and identify cross-sell opportunities
What Were Looking For
A minimum of 3 years sales experience
Confident communicator written and verbal
Customer-centric mindset with a consultative approach
Highly organised self-motivated and driven to succeed
Full UK driving licence
