Job Summary
What success looks like in this role:
Gains familiarity with HR concepts practices and methodologies.
With guidance performs and/or supports implementation of basic HR duties including:
o Talent acquisition
o New associate orientation
o Compensation and Benefits administration
o HRIS input and update and
Builds interrelationships between various HR functions and related organizations (i.e. Legal Finance & Accounting).
Acquires practical knowledge in data management reporting and other documentation requirements.
Gains working knowledge and understanding of company HR policies and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
