Job Description Senior Lead Engineer -Hybrid Model- Stress Analysis

In this role the Senior Lead Engineer-Stress Analysis will actively involve in structural analysis of Aerostructures Components.

Position: Senior Lead Engineer

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead and Perform structural analysis (static fatigue and damage tolerance) for primary and secondary aircraft structures using both classical hand calculations and Finite Element Method (FEM).
Generate documentation to report the analysis results.
Able to take ownership and handle the project with minimum dependency.
Ensure the analysis tasks are completed within the stipulated time and high quality.
Demonstrate strong teamwork skills with the ability to effectively communicate across cross-functional teams and SBU while exhibiting a proactive go-getter attitude.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
7-10 years of relevant experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience working on Nacelle Systems for Commercial aircraft programs such as B787 A320neo A220 A350.
Experience in structural analysis of Metallic and Composite aircraft components and assemblies.
Expertise in load path load balance free body diagram classical hand analysis methods and Finite Element Method (FEM) used in Aerospace structural analysis using MSC Nastran / PATRAN.
Proficient in independently interpreting stress reports certification documents and substantiation analyses.
Excellent technical articulation and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
Familiarity with programming languages such as TCL/Tk Python and Visual Basic is an added advantage.
