We are looking for a Team and Partnership Manager to lead our Targeted Family Help (TFH) service in Charnwood. Together with the Service Managers and other Team and Partnership Managers you will lead an inclusive service who are currently undergoing a review and have been through considerable change it is therefore important you lead with care compassion and enthusiasm and have a solid understanding of Targeted Family Help (TFH). This is a busy but rewarding role and youll join a strong and supportive management team.

You will have excellent organisation and management skills to support the Charnwood team in providing a high-quality service to our children and their families.
You will be an energetic enthusiastic and experienced manager who is able to share your enthusiasm and passion for practice with those you manage and wider partner agencies.
You will have extensive experience of management in children and family services and an in-depth understanding of the interventions required to build safety and protect children from requiring childrens social care services however when needed there will be no delay in children receiving statutory intervention and help.
You will be able to evidence your skills and knowledge of creative innovative and relationship-based practice and demonstrate your ability to lead and manage a skilled workforce.
You will have a strong and credible professional reputation.
You will be confident in your supervisory skills having significant experience in supervision and your ability to give clear direction and drive plans forward
Signs of Safety is the expected practice methodology and having knowledge of this and an understanding is essential.
A DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post.
