Job Summary

Job Title: System Administrator (Microsoft)

Location: Lisbon or Porto Portugal

Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (2x/3x office days)

Overview / Summary:

We are looking for a Microsoft System Administrator to manage and maintain enterprise IT environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Windows Server AD/AAD M365 and virtualization ensuring smooth operations and security across the infrastructure.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Manage and maintain Windows Server environments and Active Directory (on-premises and Azure).
Administer Microsoft 365 services and Intune for endpoint management.
Deploy and maintain virtualized environments using VMware or Hyper-V.
Monitor troubleshoot and optimize system performance and security.
Collaborate with IT teams to support infrastructure projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

2 years of experience in Microsoft system administration.
Experience of AD/AAD Windows Server M365 and Intune.
Experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualization.
Experience problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Proficient in English (written and spoken).
