Programme & Delivery Assistant

Were looking for a proactive and highly organised Programme & Delivery Assistant to support our Head of Electricity Programme & Delivery and play a key role in delivering simple to moderately complex continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
This role blends high-level administrative support with hands-on involvement in change and improvement activity perfect for someone who enjoys variety problem-solving and building strong relationships across teams.
What youll be doing
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Electricity Programme & Delivery and other leaders
- Coordinating meetings diary and travel arrangements and taking clear accurate minutes
- Managing essential admin functions such as raising purchase orders and work orders
- Leading and supporting the delivery of continuous improvement initiatives
- Facilitating workshops and meetings to help identify improvement needs and solutions
- Building strong relationships across the business and acting as a key link between teams to support effective delivery and change.
- Integrating change management practices to support successful implementation of improvements
What youll bring
- Strong senior administrative experience with excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Confidence coordinating meetings travel events logistics and preparing presentations
- High attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing tasks
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience supporting or delivering continuous improvement or business change activities
- An understanding of how to prepare and support people through change
