Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly organised and motivated Clinical Assistant to join ONeill Orthodontics in Invercargill.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responsibility for our sterilisation area including instrument sterilisation and accurate completion of sterilisation record sheets.
- Making vacuum formed retainers
- Assist with orthodontic procedures
- Preparation of treatment rooms
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in computer applications including dental practice management software
- Basic knowledge of dental terminology and procedures (preferred)
- Previous experience in a DA or clinical assistant role
- Willingness and flexibility to work across multiple Lumino locations as needed
Additional Information :
Hours for this role:
- Tuesday - Thursday
- Additional hours on Mondays as required
- Possible Fridays when the patient number increases
