Pay Rat: $95 - $100/hr on W2

Summary:

Clients Digital Experience team is redefining how patients and customers engage with healthcare through AI-driven innovation omnichannel strategy and human-centered design. We are seeking a Principal Experience Designer to lead UX/UI and customer experience strategy across high-impact digital products. This role is both strategic and hands-onshaping product vision elevating design standards and mentoring the next generation of designers.

Responsibilities:

Drive the UX/UI and CX design strategy for key digital products within the CX Suite.
Translate user needs and business priorities into intuitive high-performing digital experiences.
Lead design vision standards experimentation and innovation workstreams.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Engineering Analytics Business Product Owners) to build aligned product roadmaps.
Present and evangelize UX/CX strategy with senior leaders and stakeholders.
Define user needs prioritize features and set measurable experience KPIs.
Oversee end-to-end design executionfrom research through delivery.
Mentor junior designers and cultivate a culture of design excellence.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations in partnership with Legal Privacy & Compliance teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business design technology or related field.
10 years of experience with at least 7 years in UX product design or experience design.
Proven ability to lead full product lifecycle (vision roadmap execution measurement).
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional alignment skills.
Experience working in agile environments.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive innovation.
