Job Summary
A leading global investment platform with $100B AUM is seeking anInvestment Compliance Associate. This is a high-visibility role supporting the firms expanding private credit and private investment activity with the opportunity to sit close to the deal process and partner directly with investment professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as part of the firmsControl Room: conflicts clearance wall-crossing restricted list oversight and MNPI management.
- Review and negotiatedeal-related NDAsand support transaction onboarding.
- Partner with investment teams on pipeline activity identifying and mitigating conflicts across public and private markets.
- Support integration of compliance technology platforms and data migration.
- Contribute to regulatory analysis policy updates and broader compliance initiatives.
Qualifications:
- JD required (to manage NDA execution and legal issue spotting).
- Experience of relevant compliance or legal experience ideally withcontrol room exposure at an investment bank.
- Strong commercial understanding ofdeals structures and capital markets; more important than pure check-the-box compliance.
- Experience handling MNPI/conflicts processes and familiarity with deal onboarding.
- Ambitious detail-oriented and motivated to grow within a buy-side environment.
