The Opportunity

Looking for a dynamic role in aviation Join Air Link as an Operations & Charter Coordinator at our Cairns base. This role reports to the Air Link Operations Manager and works closely with the Cairns Base Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Joining our team means working with a multi-state fleet and collaborating with experienced professionals in Melbourne Dubbo and Cairns.

What Youll Be Doing

Managing client enquiries and quotes with prompt professional customer service.

Coordinating aircraft and crew for scheduled and urgent taskings.

Providing check-in ground handling and FBO meet & greet services for Air Link flights.

Maintaining aircraft status schedules and passenger bookings in the Takeflite system.

Supporting maintenance scheduling by liaising with the Continuing Airworthiness Manager Chief Engineer and Operations Manager.

Participating in an on-call roster approximately once per month to assist with after-hours enquiries.

What Youll Bring

Prior aviation experience is beneficial but not essential full training provided.

A proactive solutions-focused attitude with strong communication and time management skills.

Confidence using computer systems; experience with HubSpot or Takeflite is an advantage.

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with the wider Operations team and building strong client relationships.

Willingness to participate in an on-call roster.

Compliance Requirements

Drug and alcohol testing police check and Working With Children Check.

Eligibility for an Aviation Security Identity Card (ASIC).

A valid drivers licence.

Salary & Benefits

This full-time role offers a salary of $70000 $75000 plus training and career development opportunities within a growing aviation group.
