The Analyst Performance Management serves to monitor and analyze performance and Excellence Initiative data to identify trends address issues and adjust implementation efforts as needed.
- Monitor and analyze employee performance data.
- Monitor implementation progress and present as needed to various departments community groups campuses and other stakeholders.
- Lead the design efforts to collect and incorporate future revisions to the TEI system based on stakeholder feedback.

- Collaborate closely with the PM Director and Training & Calibration Manager within the PM team.
