Job Summary

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university in a directly related field; Masters degree from an accredited university preferred.
  • 3-5 direct teaching experience preferred.
  • Strong ability to analyze data and identify trends within data sets.
  • Proficiency graphically representing data sets to highlight key findings for communication purposes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and an advanced proficiency using Microsoft Excel with statistical software such as Stata.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills that include maintaining attention to detail and the ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Critically evaluate gathered information from multiple sources to reconcile conflicts anddecompose high- level information into details.

The Analyst Performance Management serves to monitor and analyze performance and Excellence Initiative data to identify trends address issues and adjust implementation efforts as needed.

  • Monitor and analyze employee performance data.
  • Monitor implementation progress and present as needed to various departments community groups campuses and other stakeholders.
  • Lead the design efforts to collect and incorporate future revisions to the TEI system based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Identify district and departmental needs through data trends.
  • Support internal project management within the PM team and collaborate with other departments as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with the PM Director and Training & Calibration Manager within the PM team.
  • Create board documents write memos and support the communication of TEI updates districtwide.
  • Engage and collaborate with department leaders from School Leadership Teaching & Learning Evaluation & Assessment Communications Information & Technology Services Employee Relations Project Management and Compensation to support implementation districtwide.
