Shift: 1st shift Mon-Fri 6:00am - 2:30pm

Peak Season: 1st shift Mon-Fri 5:00am - 3:00pm some Sats 6:00am - 2:30pm

Pay: $16.00/h plus OT

POLYWOOD Interval Flexpath Highlights:

• Full-Time Work in Peak Season:
  • 40 hours per week during the Peak Season
  • 0 hours per week in the Off-Season

POLYWOOD is looking for a General Laborer to complete each product from start to finish. Whether its running a sewing machine operating specialized equipment or performing hands-on assembly tasks your work will contribute directly to creating high-quality products for our customers.

What Youll Do

• Sling assembly
• Cushion stuffing using fiber or foam inserts
• Cushion finishing and closing to ensure a polished final product
• Cushion scanning and sealing
• Boxing and palletizing
• Fabric folding
• Operating machines for grommets zippers buttons and seat ties

What You Bring

• Team player who is detail-oriented reliable and eager to learn
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and quality focus
• Adaptable able to handle changing priorities and environments
• Proactive taking initiative to solve problems and improve processes
• Strong work ethic committed to producing high-quality work
